How to Sign Up to Have Your Lanes Worked On

Around the first of each year, we send out a mailing to every center in our area. This mailing contains information about the services we offer and we ask centers to either give us a call or email us if they would like to have some work done at their center. We also have a Sign Up Form on this website that can be printed out and mailed to us.

We try and get all centers to sign up by the first of April, which is when we create our summer work schedule. In order to help keep expenses down, we try to schedule all centers in an area together. By keeping travel expenses down, this in turn helps keep the cost of the work down. In some cases, for centers that sign up after to first of April and we are unable to schedule a center with other centers in an area, we might have to add some travel charges to the job cost, due to having to make an extra trip to that area. Most years our summer schedule is very full come the first of April, thus we might not be able to get to a center during the months of May thru August should they sign up after we have created our summer schedule.

Once we have created our schedule for the coming summer, we will send out a letter to every center who has returned a sign contract. We also at this time send out an insurance certificate which shows proof of our insurance while we are working on your lanes.

When it comes to paying for the work, we offer two different payment plans, first being cash in advance and second is a 10% deposit and the balance due in full on completion. For cash in advance, we give a 6% discount for payment in full by January 15th or a 4% discount for payment in full by February 15th. We also accept Master Card and Visa. We are sorry that we don't offer any type of financing, but should a center want terms, local financing is usually the easiest to aquire and interest rates are usually less then if were arrange financing through a major lender.
